DAY 64 - SATURDAY, 14 SEPTEMBER, 2013 - SEA DAY

A couple more sea days now before our next port of Aqaba so it was back to our 3rd Culinary Demonstration by our Master Chef, Alfredo…. 

 

Today Chef showed us how to make Caciucco Alla Livornese Country Bread, which was a mouth watering mixture of different seafoods, tomatoes, onions, garlic etc., with some white wine of course, cooked up and then placed on top of some toasted bread slices.  Next he created Filipino Style Chicken & Seafood Pancit Noodles – a combination of prawns, chicken, vegetables, scrambled eggs and noodles.  Think I'm almost ready to get back into the kitchen again!!!

 

And it definitely was time to get back to that Promenade Deck and work off some holiday extravagancies, a swim, cards and before we knew it, time for dinner…
