DAY 80 - MONDAY, 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2013 - KUALA LUMPUR (PORT KELANG), MALAYSIA

We came here two years ago and saw so many of the wonderful tourist attractions that this lovely city has to offer – no excuse today, but we seem to be all toured out and all we can manage is a trip to get off the ship and stretch our legs.

It was very hot so we caught a cab with 'more ship strangers' to the big new shopping complex and bumped into our morning coffee mates, Paula & Ray.  Sipping coffee seemed to be the highlight of all those doing the same thing as us today and the little café resembled the Horizon Court.

It was cool and pleasant just wandering in the air con and the shops were good quality and designer shops – not what we have been used to and don't think they'd have appreciated us bartering for their goods.  We did go into one men's shop as we liked some of their shirts in the window but when Colin couldn't fit their largest size, we were rather perturbed!!!!

It probably was a bit of a waste of a day in another fascinating city, but then all we wanted was to get back to the ship and cool off – which we did.  Later enjoying the sailaway melodies of the delightful Crimson Duo, whilst sailing into the sunset.

Photos:  All from the ship – gave the camera a bit of a rest today!!
